Tom is the CEO at X Factor Media, who works closely with the Incognito Worldwide team on various projects. In 2012 he developed a 4-step sales process called “The X Factor Selling System,” which became an Amazon best-selling title. He manages New Theory Magzine, the Armchair MBA Podcast, and The Diest Online, a New Jersey-based Magazine, wh was profiled in NatInfluence Magazine. He is also a member of the Forbes Agency Council.
