Since the spring of 2014 when Intech Creative LLC. re-branded it’s clients services group to Incognito Worldwide, it has been honored twice in less than a year: “Startup of The Month Incognito Worldwide ” in August of 2014, and now “Top 5 Most Promising Social Media Companies” in the April 2015 print issue.
When Susila Govindara contacted me to conduct an interview, we chatted about the digital marketing landscape in general, how Incognito Worldwide was positioned, our unique selling proposition, and our work culture — among other things. When I explained to her that we value ability and results higher than school degrees and experience time, she immediately recognized the uniqueness of that concept, especially in India where the degrees you hold define your worth. As a service company however, clients are really only interested in the results we can produce for them.
Our online marketing group has historically been a creative online marketing company, focused on SEO, PPC and social. We were deeply rooted in creating online visibility for clients through organic search, especially if they were eCommerce.
For example, in the case of Childswork.com (a resource site for professional counselors), we actually cut their Ad campaign budget by 90% when we took over the account. We focused instead on organic visibility that has resulted in 32 keywords in 1st position in search, and another 93 in 2nd or 3rd; revved up their blog with new content (making it 7 of the top 10 landing pages), and lifted organic revenues to an 80% increase in the first year.
For social media, we search the web everyday to keep relevant content on our clients pages for Google Plus, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and others.
While we have always provided social media promotions as a part of our menu of services, in December 2014 we began a renewed intensity by restructuring our social media approach, our staff, and have seen quick and promising results.
For one of our New York City restaurant clients, which we’ve managed since their grand opening in the summer of 2013, not only did we get them great PR and SEO traction from the beginning, but on social media during the past 6 months have pushed their weekly reach on Facebook to 5,700 (an impressive number following the recent Facebook visibility policy changes). We’ve generated over 54,000 views on Google Plus, with over 5,000 views of the ZAGAT video interview of Chef David Bouhadana.
Our integrated approach — of developing SEO-friendly websites, onsite and offsite SEO services, social media and content management, along with location-based directory management (in the U.S.A.) — has defined Incognito Worldwide as a value-added online marketing company.
