In their latest issue, The Leader Globe Magazine profiled Inicia Incorporated CEO, Bruce T. Dugan. noting that he has been on an extraordinary journey. While they did a summary of his early years to date, they also delved into the ambition and ego that drove his early success and his ultimate crash of 2000.

The article thereby served not only as a profile of his career but more particularly the highs and lows, and his navigation of each to his now running a stable and growing company that operates on three continents.

His motivations were also on display during the interview, when he explained how he evolved from ambition and ego to humility and giving back. He noted that
