Challenges: They were under a time frame leading up to a media launch. Needed a website, social media pages, intro video, on-site marketing materials, and public relations efforts.

Solutions: We set up a strategy and a timeline to:

  • built the website using the WordPress framework
  • we had previously developed the cloud application  (using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and MySQL for the database)
  • designed all marketing materials, including logos, tee shirts, brochures, press kits, and stage designs.
  • produced the intro video, as well as wrote and produced the full event video.
  • co-produced [CEO Hangout founder Vinil Ramdev] the live media launch event securing a Bollywood actress Radhika Apte as the spokesperson
  • designed and developed all marketing materials, including logos, tee shirts, brochures, press kits, and stage designs.
  • set up sales processes and strategy

Results:

  • pre-launch Craveller secured 5,000 business signups
