Challenge

Time-sensitive website development to accommodate two locations, without expensive 3rd-party platform integrations.

Solution

Using the WordPress CMS framework, we designed the main website with a slider to showcase the venue's cuisine, so visitors immediately knew what to expect. Accordingly, alternating boxes highlight different aspects of Fish N Ting, including Their Story, Menu overview, Featured Food items with links to the full menu, a short explanation about Catering, and a closing statement about the experience one can expect.

The site was designed to accommodate featured imagery of the food and venue, and when the client was ready, we could embed a gallery that pulled photos from Instagram.

We integrated Google and Yelp reviews and displayed them across the site.

Customer Favorites: What People Are Raving About

Honest feedback says a lot about what keeps guests coming back. Based on the recent reviews from regulars and first-timers, several dishes have emerged as undeniable crowd-pleasers: Rasta Pasta, Salmon, Snapper, Oxtails, Rice & Peas, and Plantains.   Guests also note that portions are generous and that the kitchen maintains consistent quality even during busy hours and near closing. Warm, friendly service and a genuine neighborhood vibe finish off the experience—making the menu and the memories equally satisfying.

The site featured imagery of the food and venue style, and we embedded a gallery that pulled photos from Instagram and Google reviews.

Lastly, we set up the company in the POWERLISTINGS business listing sync dashboard, which synced its information to 63 location-based directories. We built their viewable website food menu on this platform so they only had to log in once to update hours or menu items, and it would be displayed on the website and across the entire network.  An Analytics widget was added to the website's backend dashboard to enable review of who was visiting the site, which days and hours were most used by desktop vs. mobile or tablet devices, and how much traffic each channel generated.

Results

We registered the domain, set up hosting, and developed the website in time for the Grand Opening. We currently host the site and manage the domain through our sister company, I2WEBSERVICES.com.

From The Client

"The team at Incognito Worldwide was professional and quick to respond to our needs. They took the time to understand our brand rather than just building a cookie-cutter website for us. And they handled everything from registering the domain, designing and developing the website, to hosting the website, I recommend them to anyone needing a website, or anything online."
