Kiran Kumar Of Incognito Worldwide profiled in Startup City Magazine for their feature “30 Young Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2018.” During the interviw, they asked him about the state of the company, the state of the industry, and about his journey from entry-level marketer to Managing Director.

Incognito Worldwide is not new to getting press coverage, beginning with Start Up of the Month in August 2014. .

In September 2012, however, the company was just a spur-of-the-moment idea.

As had been told many times, Bruce arrived in Bangalore to oversee a 90-day project. With his Inicia Incorporated division (I2MEDIAB) being run by business partner and company CTO Mario Delfino, serving as president of that operation,  when he met and befriended some young locals in those early months in Bangalore, he was intrigued by their passion for entrepreneurship. So he decided to see what they could do.

Some of the original group of three remain, and some are disappointed. But Kiran remained a fierce advocate for what the company could achieve and that he could be a driving force to get it there, even in the face of opposition from within.

Company CEO Bruce T. Dugan noted, “Kiran was always good with SEO, and always got good results for our clients, regardless of where the company was at any given time. Our staff in the marketing department had expanded, contracted, and expanded again, yet Kiran always remained focused and consistent. Diligent. But it wasn’t until he assumed the lead role in the development of the Craveller marketing plan, in 2016 — including overseeing visuals (online and offline), social media, SEO, etc. — that I saw some leadership qualities in him, and recognized additional talents previously unknown to me. I’m quite thrilled that Startup City chose him for this issue, as he has paid his dues and earned the recognition.”
